| Greg Gonzalez - President and
CEO |
|
Greg provides strategic leadership for SQL Sentry and is intimately involved with the product architecture and development.
Greg founded InterCerve, Inc., a successful Microsoft-focused application hosting and development business, in 1997. He created the SQL Sentry business unit in 2004, initially to help InterCerve’s hosting team combat the real-world pain they were experiencing trying to manage over 50 SQL Servers for their hosting clients. The first product, Event Manager, worked so well that a new division was created to continue development of the software, and market it around the globe.
Under Greg’s leadership InterCerve’s hosting division saw strong growth every year until acquired by Peak 10 in 2006. This move has enabled Greg and his talented technical team to focus their energies on SQL Sentry ever since, with dramatic results.
Previous experience includes technology consulting for various Fortune 500 companies, and application development and management for Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
Greg has a BA in Business Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

| Ken Teeter - Executive Vice President |

Ken provides strategic direction for SQL Sentry sales and marketing initiatives as well as manages the financial and operational support for the organization.
Prior to co-founding SQL Sentry, Ken led the sales, marketing, and financial initiatives for InterCerve's hosting and development services. Previous experience includes consulting services in the travel and tourism industry, and engineering, sales, and managerial responsibilities at Valassis Communications.
Ken holds a BS degree in Mechanical
Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and an MBA from Wichita State University in Wichita, KS.

| Nick Harshbarger - Vice President Sales and Marketing |

Nick is responsible for leading
SQL Sentry's worldwide sales and marketing efforts. With over
20 years
of sales and sales management experience in various high technology
industries, Nick's responsibility is to guide the rapid growth of the
SQL Sentry sales organization and its strategies.
Prior to joining SQL Sentry, Nick was Vice President of
National & Strategic Accounts for Dictaphone - Healthcare Division.
Previous experience includes sales management positions with Computer
Associates, NEC Computer USA, Tegra Varityper, and Heath/Zenith Computer
Systems.
Nick holds a BA degree in Economics from University of Dayton in Dayton, OH.

| Peter Shire - Director, Partner Relationships |
|
Peter
manages partner relationships and channel sales
for SQL Sentry. With over 20 years of progressively increasing responsibilities, Peter's business development experience covers a broad background in many industries including technology, pharmaceutical and financial services.
Prior to joining SQL Sentry, Peter led the sales and marketing efforts for Utopia Systems, a Microsoft-focused hosting solution provider. Previous experience includes marketing director for Net Ventures Inc. and account executive for Microsoft Corporation, where he developed and managed reseller programs.
Peter holds a BS degree in Information Systems and Marketing from St. Joseph’s University
in Philadelphia, PA.

| Brooke Philpott - Senior Technical Lead |
|
Brooke leads the development effort for SQL
Sentry software products. His strengths in multi-threaded programming,
visual component development, network programming, and database
development have been instrumental in the development of SQL Sentry.
Prior to joining the organization, Brooke developed both desktop and internet applications for the Windows platform with Norman Technologies.
Brooke holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Davidson College.

| Steven Wright - Director, Engineering Services |
|
Steve directs technical sales support, customer evaluation services,
implementation services, and application review/testing for SQL Sentry.
Steve holds MCSD, MCDBA, OCDBA 8i, and IT Project+ certifications.
Prior to joining SQL Sentry in 2005, Steve developed and presented web based training courses for Wachovia Bank. Previous experience includes education positions at Techskills and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools.
Steve holds a BS degree in Comprehensive Science and Minors in Astrophysics and Classical Studies from Villanova University in Villanova, PA.
